Think Pacific Community

In the Fiji Islands 75% of children live in poverty of which less than 5% are able to gain education in their early years. The Think Pacific Foundation enables Fijians in remote villages to have access to a better education, health and adequate sanitation.

Next summer, I will be volunteering in a remote village and directly impacting the lives of these children. By interacting with them one-on-one in an academic environment to teach sports and help them learn english through support with reading and writing. I have a huge desire to assist and know I can make a difference on this project by volunteering and teaching over my summer holidays, using my current experience and knowledge. 

Think Pacific supports 10,000 children every year, there has been a 40% improvement in literature since 2016, 72 new kindergartens have been created and there has been a 15% increase in school attendance. These statistics can increase only with your donations.

Your generosity will help empower the disadvantaged youths of Fiji overcome poverty issues and achieve better healthcare, things that we take for advantage. Every penny helps to improve education, sports development, infrastructure assistance and health promotion.
