Think Global, Support Local.

Tax deductible

While half the world is in lockdown, the economic and social stressors of this virus are increasing violent behavior in domestic violence (DV) perpetrators. At the same time, DV shelters are experiencing unprecedented numbers, with many being forced to close their doors. Those that have been able to keep their operations open are overwhelmed and gravely under-resourced. Here in Arizona, every three days a human life is lost in domestic violence-related incidents, and every 44 minutes one or more children bear witness to the destructive acts of domestic violence. As of February 29, Arizona had already lost 18 lives to this epidemic.

Baked Bros will be donating a % of their monthly sales for May and has additionally set a goal to raise $50,000 for A New Leaf's domestic violence program. They are encouraging all sectors of the cannabis community, as well as the wider community to contribute to this important effort. All funds raised go directly to A New Leaf.

A New Leaf's Domestic Violence Programs are dedicated to supporting all domestic violence victims in AZ. In addition to safe housing, meals, and basic needs, A New Leaf offers support services which include case management, financial coaching, employment assistance, children's services, life skills development, and referrals for additional assistance.
