Hey Guys!
The Veg will again be Little Rock's premiere totally vegan eatery But Now, Full Restaurant at 801 Markham St. Little Rock, AR. Creating exciting and innovative cruelty-free vegan cuisine (food made without use of any animal products) and continuing "pushing the limits of what is traditionally Vegan" is what we aim to do, while challenging ourselves with all sorts of special diets. All the while still the most delicious food ever put to lip, so give us your best shot!
We have moved in and are currently working hard to remodel, hire staff, create an outstanding menu and get ready for our private soft opening tentatively September 1st.
Our new brick mortar will give us space to create the dishes that our customers have grown to love and give us room to host events, handle large catering contracts and house not only our dining area but also our bakery and "Sweetshop", where we plan to ship our goodies across the globe.
We have created a business model that we like to call conscious capitalism. We source most of our products from local farmers markets when in season and choose organic when available. Also the Veg has always been self-funded; we never took out any loans. This has allowed us freedom to create without interference and tapering from anything that might water down our mission, style or integrity.
So before we decided to move on up, we figured who better to help us make something really special happen than the great people who we have served and have supported and cheered us on from the beginning to keep moving forward!
We are really doing something different here! We would love your continued support of The Veg LLC throughout this campaign and together helping us stay fit clean and fresh with greens, keeping Arkansas The Natural State we all love.
