The Thomas Family Needs Our Help

Help us help the Thomas Family. On September 26th, Zandra Thomas, mother of five, wife, grandmother, dear friend, and trainer to many, suffered a life altering stroke and aneurism. 

She is currently paralyzed on her right side and we are unsure of her rate or level of recovery. We are hopeful, know she is a fighter and will give it all she has.
