Theta Xi Fraternity GT Chapter 2020 Property Taxes

Treasurer's note:
The "Gamm Tau Alumni Association of Theta Xi Fraternity" is raising money in order to pay for our annual property taxes for lot 27 at 1405 Orlando Ave. on Greek Circle on the Texas Tech campus in Lubbock, TX. The 2020 property taxes for the land are $796.11 and the annual lot lease is $100.00 for a total of $896.11. The recommended donation from each brother is only $20, but you're obviously welcome to donate as much as you'd like. The payment is due on December 17, 2020, so please don't wait and submit your donation today.

The 2020 Property Taxes and the 2020 Lot Lease

12/17/2020 is the deadline for the payment.
What the support will mean to us:
This will allow us to continue to own the lot that we have invested heavily in for the last ~15 years.
