<div>My name is Funmi Ayowole, and over the past four years, I have actively coached hundreds of people experiencing emotional and mental health challenges through group and individual programs. Growing my understanding of human psychology and learning several counselling and coaching techniques, I developed a #SoulCoaching methodology.

<div>This approach takes a client’s experience into cognizance, analyzes their state of soul health and partners with them to build independence and stamina – mind, will and emotions – to triumph over future challenges.

<div>Clients who work with me have begun their healing journeys away from the pain of various kinds of abuse, childhood traumatic experiences, changes in physical/career/family environments, loss of loved ones, and so on.

<div>In 2020, I began working towards creating a "call centre for your soul" when I realized that I couldn’t be there for ‘everyone’ that needed a listening ear due to location and time differences.
</div>
<div>Together with a team of believers in the vision, we have built <a href="https://www.thevirtualsoulclinic.com" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">www.thevirtualsoulclinic.com</a>.
</div>

<div>On the platform, the process begins with an 8-minute automated survey (aka the QuickScan). The result of the QuickScan reveals the state of the client’s mind, will and emotions with 15 distinct mental health indicators such as stress, overwhelm, anxiety and depression.
</div>
<div>After the client is emailed their results, they are encouraged to book a FREE 15-minute session with the earliest available support coach. The booked support (trained volunteer) coach receives a copy of the client’s QuickScan results and prepares adequately for the session.

<div>The free session ends with a recommended activity (maybe journaling, exercise, etc.), a resource (book, article, podcast, etc.) or a referral (to a specialized coach or licensed mental health professional).
</div>

<div>From August 2019 to date, about 650 people have taken the QuickScan and received accurate results (previously manually analyzed and delivered) that helped them cut through their emotional/mental clutter. The TVSC platform, launched in November 2021, allows us to automate analytics and communication, scale, and serve more people globally.

<div>By October 2023, <a href="https://www.thevirtualsoulclinic.com" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">www.thevirtualsoulclinic.com</a> will be a true 24/7 call centre for your soul – with a minimum of 500 support coaches available to take immediate bookings for free 30min calls (increased from the initial 15), with the coaches receiving ongoing training and acquiring global relevant certifications in mental first aid and counselling.
