Rosie (The S'Cream Truck) is ailing

It's been a few years, and Rosie has aged along with the rest of us.

As she heads into her 5th (!!!) summer, she's been diagnosed with a serious illness. She is, after all, nearing 50 years old. Who doesn't need a little maintenance at that age?

Though, Rosie doesn't need just maintenance -- she needs major surgery.

She needs a new transmission and engine overhaul.

She's so busy this summer, all of July and August are filled, but if she doesn't get fixed, she won't be able to make it. She will be "put to pasture."

Rosie (and Sarah!) also went through some major emotional changes this past year. One of her "moms", Louise, made a big life decision and took another job. So it's just Rosie and Sarah now, and they are fighting to make sure they can keep their commitments and continue to grow, now as a pair instead of a trio.

Because it's the beginning of summer after Rosie's slowest time of year, the medical expenses were not expected and cannot be delayed. She's got a lot of work to do, and needs her "A game".
