PLEASE HELP US GET TO NEW YORK!
We are The Rolling Tones, King's College London's all-female a cappella group. This weekend, we were crowned UK champions of the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella (ICCAs) (yes, that competition in Pitch Perfect is real)!
This has given us the once in a lifetime opportunity to compete at the World Finals of the ICCAs on Broadway in New York! This puts us in the top 10 out of more than 400 groups across the world that entered the competition this year. We’re also proud to say that we’re the first all-female a cappella group from the UK ever to compete in the Finals, as well as the only all-female group at the Finals!
However, we first need to get to New York… and we really won’t be able to do it without your help! The competition is on the 21st of April, which gives us two weeks to raise the money to get there. We are extremely grateful for ANY amount you’d be able to contribute, which will go towards our flights, accommodation, transport and expenses in NYC. Every little bit helps!
