Our good friends Ruby and Roman suffered a tragic accident last Friday when Roman collapsed from a massive heart event at their local store. Thanks to a selfless act by a stranger, CPR was administered immediately and Roman was rushed and admitted to the hospital immediately.
Roman had emergency surgery including placing two arterial stents to get blood flowing back to his heart. He was heavily sedated, not knowing what further damage might have been caused from the event. Thankfully he slowly woke up and regained function with the help of the medical staff, but still has a very long road to recovery.
Roman is home now with Ruby and their wonderful fluffy family, but his recovery is far from over. Being self-employed, Roman doesn’t have health insurance through his contract role and all their living expenses, medical bills and additional costs are adding up fast.
Ruby and Roman are two selfless, incredible people that deserve all the help we can send their way! Let’s get them the help they need so this nightmare doesn’t continue! 2020 has been a hard year for everyone, let’s make it a little easier for them ♥️
