<div>Dear friends and family,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This year, Theo would like to raise money for Larkin Street Youth Services, a Bay Area-based nonprofit that supports youth experiencing homelessness. Rather than buying a present, please take a moment to make a tax-deductible donation! Any amount is greatly appreciated.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Funds raised will be used by Larkin Street Youth Services to purchase essential needs kits for youth experiencing homelessness, and we will have a blast assembling those kits as a group during Theo's birthday party!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Please make a donation by <strong>October 15th</strong> to allow us enough time to receive the kit items prior to the party.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Founded in 1984, Larkin Street Youth Services is an internationally recognized leader providing innovative, effective housing, medical, social, and educational services to at-risk, homeless, and runaway youth ages 12-24, through its programs and services across the Bay Area. Nine out of ten youth who complete Larkin Street's comprehensive programs exit street life for good. For more information, please visit <a href="https://www.larkinstreetyouth.org" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">www.larkinstreetyouth.org</a>

<div><br />
</div>
<div>If this resonates with you, please consider contributing more. Additional funds will be donated directly to Larkin Street Youth Services, and direct donations are the BEST way to support youth experiencing homelessness.
</div>

</div>
<div>Gratefully yours,
</div>
<div>Theo, Oanh, and Carl
