<div>Met intens verdriet delen wij dat Theo (64) onverwachts en in zijn slaap is overleden. Het verlies is groot en het gemis is niet in woorden te vatten.

<div>Theo heeft een zwaar leven gekend, maar ondanks alles bleef hij een warm en zorgzaam mens. Hij woonde jarenlang bij zijn moeder tot haar overlijden en stelde daarna zijn huis open voor jongeren die hulp nodig hadden. Hij wilde anderen een veilige plek bieden en stond altijd klaar voor wie het moeilijk had.

<div>Helaas is er in die goedheid misbruik van hem gemaakt, waardoor hij nauwelijks iets heeft kunnen opbouwen voor zichzelf. Tot onze grote schrik bleek Theo slechts voor €900 verzekerd. Dat is bij lange na niet genoeg om de kosten voor een waardig afscheid te dekken. Daardoor staat de familie nu onverwachts voor alle uitvaartkosten, terwijl we nog midden in de rouw zitten.

<div>Met deze actie hopen wij genoeg geld op te halen om:

<div>– Theo een waardig laatste eerbetoon te geven
</div>
