The Horne Family

Vic Horne experienced a major stroke in late November 2017, leaving him partially paralyzed and with a long recovery ahead. Vic will be returning home from rehab at the end of the year, and the house needs to be made accessible based on his current needs. Vic has been unable to work, of course, and Sussette is running between being with Vic, working, and caring for their children (2 older, 3 in elementary school, and 1 younger--adopted just this year). Vic will receive in-home care when he returns home, indefinitely. The bills don't stop, and with medical bills on top, renovating the house to make it accessible is a stressful expense. They have estimated at least $3,000 for needed changes.
