Fly My Mom to Opening Night!

Many of you may know, my Mom is a HUGE Elvis Presley fan and has been ever since she was a child. A few months back, I booked a national tour with one of my favorite musicals of all time, "Million Dollar Quartet", portraying the role of...you guessed it, Elvis Presley!! You can imagine the tears from my mother's eyes when I told her I booked the show and I was going to be portraying her all time favorite singer. Immediately we began discussing the possibility of flying her out to the opening night at Barter Theatre in Abingdon, VA. All plans were set and my goal was to save enough money bartending to get her out to Virginia to see me as Elvis for the very first time. Unfortunately, due to financial set backs and family matters a few things were put on hold including saving money for the flight and hotels for my Opening Night.

I would love to get my mom out of the house to get her mind off a few things and show her how much I appreciate her and what her support has helped create.

My goal here is to raise enough funding to surprise my mom and fly her out and put her up in a hotel for 2 nights. If this all works out, she'll fly out on a Friday and see the show two times before flying back home. Opening night is August 17th, 2017.

My mom has never been on a plane and she's definitely never seen me portray The King. Please help make this wish a reality. She and I will never be able to thank you enough.
