Help with Elmo’s vet bill!

Elmo is a normally healthy almost 2 year old Labrador. He had a partial obstruction in his stomach. He needed an X-ray and fluids and that vet bill alone was $608. I only had 550 so I still owe and that was with digging into my savings and from my kids Christmas present money.
