The Beginning Fund

Hi friends! 
Jasmine here.
As most of you know, I have a lifelong dream of becoming a music maker, and for years now, I have been trying to save for a laptop and program to record and produce my own music.

So far I have been blessed to know talented circles of musicians who have brought me under their wings to record some amazing tracks, but to fly solo and be the wind in MY OWN journey is what I am after. After a few dead hand-me-downs and "value" craigslisted computer buys, I am after a new MacBook Pro with LogicPro X.

Over the years I have almost acquired enough cash and sometimes reached the goal, but have had to use the money toward more pressing matters such as hospital bills, moving expenses and lending to family and friends in more need than I am. 

I'm creating this account before Christmas to help answer the dreaded question, "What do you want for Christmas?" Since having a daughter, I feel that Christmas gifts should be for the children, but my mother (bless her) insists that gifts are for everyone.

Whether it is for Christmas or not, a simple vote of confidence in my direction donated here will be one step closer for me reaching my goals and dreams to be my own music creator.  I will use the money to buy the lap top and program as a starting line for the journey in becoming my own producer, deejay (oh yes, definitely), and entertainer.
I have BIG plans, but cannot go on without these 2 things.
