AY | 50 concerts powered by renewable energy

Hi, my name is AY Young. I am an artist, entrepreneur, songwriter, and climate activist. For the past five years, it’s been an incredible joy to use my music as a vehicle to help people in need around the world gain access to electricity. I spent the past years raising awareness about sustainability through renewable energy powered concerts as well as using those concerts to raise money to promote, develop and deploy sustainable solutions.

In April 2020 on Earth day I will set out to perform 50 concerts powered solely by renewable energy. This tour won't stop until we have successfully pulled of 50 across the USA & Worldwide consecutively all powered by Renewable energy.

50 concerts | 50 sustainable impacts.

This has never been attempted before.

The “Battery Tour” is a unique concert tour. It's open registrations for artists and performers to join and perform, Battery Tour is built to showcase, promote, develop, and deploy sustainable technologies of all kinds to enhance
our life quality.

The tour will also be an outlet for organizations, companies, initiatives, activists, etc who aim to further sustainability development! So the DOOR is super wide open for any/everyone!

We really crunched the numbers to efficiently pull off 50 shows based on the past 5 years of touring the USA & overseas in various countries.

THE COSTS:
-Each concert will has a production budget to cover maintenance, travel, additional performers/featured artists, storage, setup, marketing, food & lodging for AY & team for all 50 concerts across the USA.

Backstory & additional information:
With the upcoming release of his debut album, “H E L L O| Again”, Janurary 31st 2020, Battery Tour’s founder, and singer-songwriter AY has vaulted onto the national and international music spotlight. In the wake of artists like Coldplay canceling their world tour in efforts to be “more sustainable” or icons like Akon bringing solar to Africa, AY is already the worlds first sustainable artist known for powering all of his concerts 100% with renewable energy. His first single “All the Pain” from the album “H E L L O|Again” already boasts production from Brian Kennedy, 4-time grammy winning producer. Brian’s known for producing the widley successful Rihanna single “Disturbia” & most of Chris Browns “FAME” album. AY is a pop sensation with cross-genre appeal. With a combined skillset of producing, dancing and songwriting as well as innovations in renewable energy outside of music, AY is set to be endorsed by the next generation.

Often compared to having the raw live energy of a Prince, Will Smith, or Chris Brown, AY is magnetic. A true entertainer. AY is destined for more success in the coming years.

About AY:
Everyone loves passion and that’s exactly what AY’s story is all about. The Kansas City, Missouri resident appeared on the X factor TV show in 2012 where he recieved 4 YES’ from celeb judges. After leaving the show AY went from the streets to the stage. AY's unique story using renewable energy to power his movement is one of a kind. Powering over 800+ concerts in the past 5 years. AY also opening for SHAGGY, T-Pain, Aaron Carter & more.
