Please join us in an effort to raise funds to help four Chicago children have a great Christmas.
This year, London (girl - age 8), Landen (boy - age 8), Kayla (girl - age 5) and Kendall (girl - age 5) will celebrate Christmas for the first time without either of their parents.
On April 9th, 2017, their mother, Marilyn Bynum Bowles-Whitfield, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer. A few months later in July, the children lost their father, William Whitfield, due to heart failure. The passing of this loving couple left these four children without any parents and their are now cared for by their grandparents who decided to deter their retirement plans in order to financially assist with raising their grandchildren.
Please join us in showing Mr. and Mrs. Holmes, London, Landen, Kayla and Kendall that they have a village supporting them by helping us raise $5000. The funds raised will help provide the kids with a great Christmas despite the circumstances and provide the grandparents with some financial assistance as they continue to build a loving home for their grandchildren.
Remember, this is a SURPRISE so please keep this a secret from everyone in the family. No contribution is too big or too small. We are looking forward to your help!

About Project InSynk - Project InSynk is a Chicago-based nonprofit established to increase the overall educational, social, economical and mental/emotional development of young African-American and Latino children and teens in Chicago and across the United State. While the organization has a focus on STEM development, the organization also emphasizes overall career development with a focus on mentorship.
