The Wethington Rainbow

Having brittany as a big sister, was like having a second mommy. She was always there for me, always nurturing, caring, loving and understanding and had a kind touch. I’ve always known she would make an amazing mother. Brittany met her now husband david when they were kids, but it wasn’t until June of 2008 that they formally started to date. They fell in love, and in August 2011 tied the knot! Both David and Brittany had hopes of starting a family together but due to brittany’s PCOS, the doctors told her she could not conceive. But shortly after their wedding day, they found out they were expecting! 8 weeks later, brittany suddenly miscarried. Here we are 7 years later, pill after pill, 2 baby doctors, years of trying, and the emotional toll on them both, they have decided to try IVF. For those of you who don’t know, it’s very expensive and insurance will not cover any part of the treatment after the diagnosis of infertility. It’s all out of their own pocket along with the expense of medications. But has a 46% chance of success. It is financially one of the most difficult things they will do, but I don’t know anyone else that deserves this more than Brittany and David. Two exceptional people, who deserve to have a chance at being exceptional parents.
