Unfortunately we heard the bad news that one of our clients who was just 27 years old has sadly taken his own life after going through some mental health challenges.
Having served in the British Army, and then went on to have an amazing daughter unfortunately things just got too much for him and he felt like he no longer wanted to be here.
No amount of money will bring him back or comfort his young daughter, or loving family that are left behind but we are going to raise some money to try and help his young daughter in any way possible.
He was such a big part of the gym and would hang around after every training session talking with staff and other members, and i'm sure all of the members will be thinking of him.
If all of the gym users could donate even just £1 we can help his young daughter who is now left without a father.
