"I have been in love with all things horror from the minute I was born on Halloween, 1996. I cannot remember a time in my life where I had wanted to do anything other than make horror films. I’ve always had an affinity for the slasher franchises of the 80’s, and had seen every installment of the Halloween, Friday the 13th, and Nightmare on Elm Street series by the age of 13.
I have also always had an immense love for the coming of age movies from the same time period, such as "The Breakfast Club" and "Sixteen Candles."
About two years ago I got the idea to try and combine the special elements of both of those genres into a “coming of age slasher movie” about a teenage girl finding herself in a world governed by strict rules on what will or will not get you killed by a masked serial killer. I have written countless iterations of this passion project, and over time it has evolved into “The Virgin Jamie,” a story about friendship, love, chainsaws, and a whole lot of blood."

What We Need
To make all of our scenes as engaging as we want them, we will need everything from prop weapon rentals to stunt coordinators to stylish retro cars. Furthermore, in order to sell the fictional world Reid has created, we will be shooting in some relatively distant and secluded locations, so transportation can get expensive.
And blood. We'll need lots of fake blood.
This is where you come in! Any funds you donate will go towards making the world of this film as believable and detailed as needed. It will also go into logistical elements such as transporting and feeding our crew. This is a high energy script with elements that will be more than satisfying to see the final product of.
