Uncle Boons Employee Relief Fund

Uncle Boons has been bringing Thai food to the Nolita neighborhood of NYC since 2013. More recently, our team has brought you Uncle Boons Sister and our newest venture, Thai Diner, which just opened this February.
Our employees have been dramatically affected by the unpredictable outbreak of COVID 19. We have been forced to shut-down all dine-in operations, surviving only on take-out from Uncle Boons Sister hoping to keep the business afloat. Having to lay off pretty much all of our talented and hardworking employees has been the hardest and most horrific thing we have ever had to do.
This is the reality for many NY restaurants at this time, leaving our co-workers and friends without employment options, and unable to care for themselves and their families. With unemployment backed up, we are looking at all possible options to assist the members of our Uncle Boons, Uncle Boons Sister and Thai Diner family that have been impacted by this situation.
Our goal with this fund is to help keep food on the table for those who have worked so hard to give all of our valued customers a memorable dining experience. 100% of money raised will go directly to employee relief and divided amongst those in our staff most in need who are now jobless and desperately trying to support themselves and their families.
