Printing My Self Care Planner!

Approximately 1 in 5 adults in the U.S.—43.8 million, or 18.5%—experiences mental illness in a given year.

My name is Alesia and I am a freelance graphic designer based in Brooklyn, NY. I am also a sufferer of mental illness. This condition actually led to my most recent discovery of how to help others who have trouble organizing their thoughts and clearing their minds. Like every other person suffering from mental illness I also attended several therapy but realize that sometimes it is not enough to keep me level headed especially when I am alone and I am unable to get access to my doctor.

In my frustration and my desperate search for a lasting solution to my mental problems (especially when I am not with my doctor) I ventured into online searches and I found several products out there for basic day planning and/or journaling, but nothing for people who have to organize their day (on top of) managing their symptoms.

From my earnest research and many years of desperate search for a workable solution for people just like me living with mental illness, I was in a position to design and put together the ultimate mental health planner/journal. I designed and put together 18 printable pages to help the average person deal with their illness. Writing and Journaling can be the perfect escape from a cluttered mind! The planner is includes.

- Self Help Checklist

- Sleep Tracker

- Daily Routine Checklist

- Post-Therapy Notes

- Anxiety Challenge

I never knew I had a life saver as a book and I never knew how many people will be so helped from my little book until I sold the PDF download on Etsy and was so surprised by the wave of positive feedback I received! People were flooding my inbox just to say thanks! Several buyers even encouraged me to create a physical version and that is where I need your help!!

I am therefore putting up this campaign to ask for donations to enable me get the final product printed into a book. My hope is to be able to raise enough money to print from Bookblock.com, a very high-quality book printing site that makes 100% custom journals. The company told me that it will cost about $22 to print each book with a minimum order of 150.  The printed book will have about 150 pages (enough to cover 3 months).

I would really appreciate it, if you are able to make a donation towards my planner. This campaign is extremely important to me because it is pretty much the only hope I have now to help me achieve this goal. Any amount helps. If monetary support is not something that is possible for you at this time, I would truly appreciate your help sharing this link. A simple share has the capacity to raise about $20.

Thank you so incredibly much for your support!

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
