On January 7th, we said “goodbye for now” to a dear wife, mother, sister, daughter, aunt, cousin, friend – a HERO.
The Tutwiler Family remained steadfast committed to do whatever it took, and Cindy was “TutStrong” for 8 amazing years. This was a combination of love, prayer, modern medicine and pure will to live.
Cindy loved Tim and her girls more than any of us can even imagine, as well, rallied for her friends for happy hours and events because she loved life; even when she was weak and struggling.
With her leaving us last week, it’s an opportunity for us to remember her by helping her family. Tim did whatever it took to get her care and keep her comfortable. He, although would never ask anyone for a dime, loved Cindy so much he sacrificed things for his own future to give her, the love of his life, as many years and as much comfort as possible.
Cindy is an inspiration to all of us and touched so many people with her determination and, even better, her laugh and smile. She lived everyday as if it were her last. As she prepared Tim and the girls emotionally for this day, she couldn’t help them prepare financially. Now they face 8 years of medical bills at the same time trying to rebuild their life savings.
To help Tim and the girls rebuild their lives emotionally and recover from heavy medical bills, your kindness and support is greatly appreciated.

There are really no words to describe how courageous, strong willed, and brave Mrs. Cindy was. Over the last 8 years, every time we asked Lexie and Haley how their mom was doing, even if it they hadn’t received the best news from the doctors, they never lost hope. They knew their mom was a fighter and was not going to let cancer define who she was or how she was going to live. Mrs. Cindy was an inspiration to all who knew and lovedher. She was proud of her girls and all they’d accomplished over the last eight years.
Lexie, Haley, and Mr. Tim are the most giving and kind-hearted people we have ever met. While this journey of grief and loss is going to be far from easy, we assure you that their support system will never fail them.
