Dear Friends,
As most of you may be aware, Rich Stubs was diagnosed with a rare form of Gallbladder Cancer in February 2017 at the age of 42. His amazing wife Hen and their 3 beautiful kids Maddie 12, Sammy 10 and Harry 6 have been living with this diagnosis, the treatment and everything that goes along with it for the past 18 months. They are his biggest supporters.
Richie has undergone back to back treatments of chemotherapy and immunotherapy. It has been an uphill battle and there have been a few setbacks along the way. It’s been a very challenging time for their family to say the least.
They recently made a sea change and moved down the coast from Melbourne for a more relaxed and less stressful lifestyle.
We would like to do what we can to help and bring some joy back into their life and put smiles on their faces. We would love to raise some money for them, whether it be for a well deserved holiday, a contribution to further treatment or simply some help around the house.
Hen, Rich and their family are truly amazing people and we feel so blessed to have them in our lives. We have been great friends for over 25 years. They have all been so inspiring through this journey and shown us the strength and love it takes to support each other through such a difficult time.
We would like to try and make a difference in their lives right now and perhaps ease some of the emotional and financial stress that they are going through. Any donation, no matter how big or small, would be greatly appreciated. To help get the word out, please share with friends and family.
