The Stephanie Lester Fit Fest

Stephanie was diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer in January.  Since then, Stephanie has had multiple surgeries, different types of genetic testing,  and 20 weeks of chemotherapy.  Stephanie has continued to teach fitness classes at Proof Fitness all throughout chemo treatments.  Staying fit and teaching group fitness classes has helped Stephanie stay healthy through chemotherapy by allowing her to have purpose, share in community, and be empowered in taking care of her own health with cancer.  The Stephanie Lester Fit Fest event at Proof Fitness will help Stephanie to pay for medical bills from multiple surgeries, testing, and chemotherapy.
