The Spinks family

What I'm raising money for:
On August 12th 2017 our friend lost a husband, and her kids lost their daddy. John Spinks was in a tragic car accident that sent him home to be with Jesus.

The evening prior, John came to visit Lacie and the kids at "Momo's" house. Lacie told us they had a good visit, ate hamburgers and had coffee. As John was leaving their middle son, Peyton, ran to the door telling Lacie he didn't get to hug his dad bye. Lacie ran out in the rain and flagged John down and he got out and hugged Peyton and baby Maddox joined the hug too. Lacie told us this is the last memory she will have of John. As her friends and family we are so glad they left each other on such happy terms. She will always have the memory of her three boys hugging as the last.

How the money will be used:

As a stay at home mom, Lacie is always going above and beyond to keep things fun and fresh for the kiddos. She is a creative, and loves art. The kids are her world, and she does her absolute best for them.

Getting back in the swing of things we realize will be hard for our Lacie. So we are here doing the best we know to do. We are asking our community to join together in her time of need. We have seen it help so many others, so we're hoping it will do the same for her and the kids. Lacie will use these funds towards a burial plot, upcoming bills, groceries, house hold items, Isabel's school supplies, and other unexpected expenses.

Why this is important to me:

We know some have joined us in the meal train and we want to say we are so grateful for you!! We thank you for taking time out of your evenings to keep this sweet family fed and not having to worry with meal planning. If this way of helping is easier for you, we ask you to please donate. There is so much more we could say but we just know Lacie was glad to have known and love John for the 10 years she did and share her three most treasured gifts with him.
