Help the Schroeter family!

Hi, my name is Deborah and I am a friend of Ben and Tricia Schroeter. As many of you know, Ben was recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and is currently undergoing treatment in Palm Dessert. It has been an incredibly challenging few weeks both physically and emotionally, but the Schroeter family have shown incredible strength and are doing all they can to get through this.

Having supported our own son through surgery a couple of years ago, I know only too well how challenging it can be to meet the ever rising costs associated with ongoing medical treatment; deductibles, co-pays, medication etc. all add up, and the last thing anyone should have to worry about when a loved one is sick is how to cover all those extra expenses. With that in mind I reached out to Ben and Tricia to see if they might consider accepting support from their friends here in San Mateo, many of whom I know are feeling rather helpless at the moment. It is my hope that any donations received will help alleviate some stress and worry and allow Ben, Tricia, Jacob and Naomi to focus their attention on each other.
