The school well-being team 5k squat challenge.

Ysgol Gyfun Rhydywaun well-being team will be targeting 5000 squats with every person that enters the room contributing. Benefitting physically, mentally and of course to the main cause of reaching the goal. The money will be contributed directly to the charity BBC Children in need (as below).
