The Saunderses - This, That, and the Other Thing

After battling cancer for 20 months, Julia passed away on August 9th, 2020. Jules' positive energy affected us all, with her infectious positivity, that smile that could light up a room and that laugh that could be heard for miles. How delightful it was to see her bring that to everything she did, whether it was playing softball, teaching chemistry, learning a new piece of information, egging on her husband to tell a story and anything related to her kids - being at the cabin, going to the zoo, having pancakes, driving by the horses slowly so they could have a good look etc., etc., etc.. By Jules bringing this positive energy to so many of us and simply being her wonderful self, she built a village. So many of us in this village are looking for ways and will continue to look for ways to support Jules' beloved Ben and their two treasured daughters,  Rosemary (4) and Lucy (2). We've started this fund as a way to help Ben out with some of treatment and hospice expenses that added up over the last months and some that may come, whether it's house repairs, car repairs or whatever else.
