Starring the talented Rebecca Larkin, The Rub is a short film about a single mother getting back into the dating scene after starting her family. Follow Su and her best friend Christopher as they prepare Su for her first date in over a year.
The creative team is made up of former SCAD alumni and current students living in the Philadelphia and New York City areas and they need your help to complete their project. We are a small group of talented individuals who have had a vision for this project and are now able to complete it after several months of pre-production work.
How can you help? You can help the filmmakers finish their project by donating towards their goal of $20,000. Your donations go towards the post-production process - hiring industry professionals to edit the dailies and sound that will make the final film; to help pay for film festival submissions, and to pay the crew and actors for their services.
