Ron Barker had a 1972 VJ Hardtop that was bought new by his Dad in his shed that tragically got burnt in the Corryong fire on 4th January. It was not insured or registered and Ron no longer has the facility, tools, money or time to rebuild it. Dave Cooper will be running the restoration, he has a lot of experience resurrecting Vals and giving them new life. It would be good to see some car clubs get on board, raise a little money or have a garage clean out, see what you can find to help out.
