The Race (Donegal) 2020 - Self Help Africa

On the 21st March 2020, I will take on Ireland's Ultimate Endurance Test, 'The Race', a 250km one-day multi-sport adventure race, in aid of Self Help Africa. To finish competitors have to complete 15km of kayaking, 166km of cycling, 5km of mountain running and 64km of road and trail running. The cut-off is 24 hours. It is considered Ireland's ultimate test of endurance.
