the Prince Edward School in Harare, Zimbabwe

The Monta Vista Interact Club is raising funds to help the Prince Edward School in Harare, Zimbabwe. This school also has an active Interact club, under the Rotary Club of Harare, to which we plan on sending funds and they will be using them to target areas of their school that would need improving and/or using funds to purchase school supplies. We are focused on raising funds to help special needs students, as well as other students, in this school.

This school is in dire need of these funds. Zimbabwe has been facing an economic crisis that has led to the prices of food and other commodities rising rapidly, reducing market access for many households. We are hoping to raise funds to help schools in Zimbabwe because unfortunately many schools in Zimbabwe lack resources that help to provide education that allows students to reach their full potential. By raising funds, we can help provide schools with resources that they need to improve the learning environment and empower students to succeed.
