<div>November is a month we usually set aside to remember what we are thankful for. We gather to celebrate our family, friends, and the people who are special to us. And, this month, someone who is special to many of us needs your help.

<div>On October 27, 2024, Jeannie Weaver-Lopez was placed into critical care at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. Since then, Jeannie's support system—especially her loving husband, Ryan, and the couple's family members and close friends—have been by her side each step of the way. The team at LRMC has been working tirelessly and patiently to help Jeannie heal.

<div>This has been a shock to everyone who loves Jeannie, but it's been especially hard on Jeannie's daughter, Pepper. Pepper is the joy of Jeannie's life—she's a spunky and spicy 2.5 year old who loves music, books, playing outside and visiting the ducks. As Jeannie's friends and family rally to support her and her family, caring for Pepper and keeping her day-to-day life as stable as possible has been an important priority.

<div>My name is Katie, and I’m a close family friend of the Lopez family, offering family support during this challenging time. I’m raising funds to support their sweet 2-year-old daughter, Pepper, following the heartbreaking loss of her mother, Jeannie Lopez.
