I Kelsie Derkatz from San Diego Ca am putting this out as a way to make a fund for our our good Friends Nick & Casey Pelletiere they moved just under 2 years ago to Houston and have been devastated by Hurricane Harvey.
Their house is completely flooded and they don’t have flood insurance because they are in a so called no flood zone.
