Hello and welcome to my new GoFundMe campaign. 

My name is Tom Bright and you may have seen my other campaigns in recent years for The Sunshine Home orphanage in Luxor, Egypt. 

Since 2017 we have successfully raised funds for education, clothing, necessities for life, medical emergencies, and much needed renovations for the home itself. 

In October of 2024 an unfortunate shift changed the foundation of the orphanage. 

The main village was closed by the government, and the young men of Sunshine Home were quickly dispersed to live on their own without any preparation. As we all know going out to live in this world is quite challenging for everyone. 

Our new goal is to provide them with the tools to thrive on their own in this ever-changing world. To lead a better life for themselves, a life they can be truly proud of.

He will offer multiple six week programs to build a stronger sense of self for the innocent souls of Sunshine Home. 

My great friend of more than 20 years, Dee Kennedy, who has been helping the orphanage since 2009, facilitated this new important step. One that will provide them with courage and strength for these next journeys of life. 

We are all joining together to bring new financial support for this exciting endeavor.
