Today I am reaching out on behalf of Shalondra, a 41-year-old mother of four and a dedicated licensed cosmetologist whose life has been turned upside down in a matter of days. In the past week alone Shalondra has endured three strokes and developed blood clots on the brain, leading to two stays in the ICU. What should have been ordinary days caring for her clients and children have instead been filled with urgent hospital visits, frightening diagnoses, and the uncertainty of what comes next.

Despite her strength and determination, this sudden health crisis has left Shalondra unable to work,while also facing the overwhelming challenge of not having medical insurance. With mounting medical bills and the need to support her family and herself through this crisis, she is in desperate need of help from community.

We are seeking to raise $5,000 to help cover her immediate medical expenses and basic needs while she recovers. Every donation- big or small- will help relieve the heavy financial burden so that Shalondra can focus on what matters most: healing and being here for those who depends on her.
