<div>With broken hearts, we share the passing of my beloved brother, Phillip A. Howard.

<div>Phillip suffered multiple strokes and, since then, had been in a long-term care facility. Despite his resilience and the family’s prayers, he developed serious complications and was rushed to the hospital, where he ultimately succumbed to his condition.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Phillip was more than a brother, father, uncle, brother-in-law, and friend — he was a kind soul with a warm heart who touched everyone he met. His sense of humor, compassion, and strength will forever live in the memories of those who loved him.
</div>

<div>As we prepare his final arrangements at Robinson Funeral Home, <strong>we want to give Phillip the dignified homegoing service he deserves, and we are humbly asking for your help.</strong>
