<div>The Overwatch Collective (TOC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit and podcast operated by active first responders and U.S. Military members, with the intent to create a confidential and smooth process for our first responder and military community to seek therapy with culturally competent therapists and obtain financial assistance for said sessions.

<div>Since 2021, T.O.C. has recorded 150 podcasts and has over 22,000 downloads. In addition, T.O.C. has spent over $281,000.00 in therapy costs and have connected 261 people in our community to our contracted therapists and have either fully funded or financially assisted over 2,745 therapy sessions.

<div>T.O.C. has contracted therapists in 48 out of the 50 states, our own mental health app, and several other resources that are focused on benefiting our first responder and military community.
