The Ortegas Need Help W/ Baby #2

Dear family and friends or whoever happens to read this, on October 5th 2017 we received devastating news, I, Courtney was diagnosed with premature ovarian failure, as some of you may know we have been trying to have baby #2 (for us) for a year-and-a-half and we hadnt had any success. Basically my egg reserve is almost depleted and I am not even age 30 yet, which is rare and concerning, the doctors believe it may be genetic. Our infertility doctor here in Fresno California broke the news to me and told me "time is of the essence" and to be prepared that you may not be able to "make" another baby. Because once a woman runs out of eggs she is unable to get any more of her own, and they are also unsure of the viability of the eggs i have left. When I heard this I broke down in tears and would cry for at least the next week every day wondering if I would ever be able to feel the joys of being pregnant again,or give our 6 year old daughter the baby brother she asked for, or my husband the son that he always wanted. Granted we know we are already blessed to be able to have one child as some families can't even have one, but it doesn't seem to make the hurt any less. So ,due to our time crunch we were referred to an infertility specialist actually the best in Northern California for IVF treatment, in vitro fertility, for those that haven't heard of it. But this treatment is very costly and will run us $30,000 with a 58% chance of success. We don't have that kind of money in savings, as im sure most people dont, and our time is very limited. Our Dr would ideally like the treatment to start at the end of November. Due to how fast treatment needs to be started loans will be hard to come by, we will try and get at least 1 fundraiser done and will keep you all updated on that. We are asking from the bottom of our hearts of all of our family and friends if you could donate even if just a dollar every little bit will help hopefully grow our family by one more, we know it's asking a lot but we believe in a mighty God and know that if this is in His will for our lives it will be done and we will use this obstacle as yet another trial that we've overcome to give glory to God. And if you aren't able to donate money if you could please send your prayers our way as our journey is just beginning and we know there may be more hurt, disappointment, anger fear, but hopefully with your prayers those can all be turned around into love, joy, and Hope that everything will turn out how it should.
