The Olson Crisis Hardship Fund

Stephen suffered from extreme health issues since he was a child.  Diagnosed as a juvenile diabetic at the age of three, his life has been dependent on medication and uncertainty.   Approximately ten years ago, Stephen had a setback when he had a heart attack requiring surgery and additional medication.  Just two short years later, Stephen had a stroke while out to dinner with his family.  The stroke left him with debilitating daily seizures rendering him unable to drive and work.  For the past eight years, Stephen cannot work or drive per doctors’ orders   He is housebound and unable to financially support his family.  With the numerous medical procedures, including brain surgery, that have followed, coupled with Stephen’s unemployment, the family is in financial distress.  His wife continues to work full time while taking care of Stephen and their two sons.  Regardless, the family continues to struggle.  Facing pending possible foreclosure on their home and the rising medical bills, the Olson family is seeking help.  Any amount is greatly appreciated as they struggle through this difficult time.
