My Name is John and I am the owner of Grater Of Two Evils. I'm hoping to be the next big food truck in New England. I will be serving hungry people on the streets of Boston and surrounding cities with my cheesy good-ness. My Company specializes in comfort food focusing mainly on Mac n Cheese, and pride ourselves on using only premium, fresh ingredients.
I studied Culinary Arts at Johnson and Whales University and have over 15 years of restaurant experience working a variety of positions. The last 3 years being in the very same food truck world my company will be entering, hopefully as soon as April 1st, 2018.
Your money will be used to secure a truck I have lined up, and help with other aspects of the business so that my goal to be on the road this Spring can be met. I have been working on this project for over a year and your donation will help me turn this dream into a reality.
I will constantly update everyone with current happenings with my company Grater of Two Evils! The people of Boston have spoken and they have demanded a new and exciting concept on wheels and that is exactly what I have for them. Food is what brings people together. Through eating, cultures intermingle, even without a common spoken language - everyone speaks deliciousness! And with your support and donation we will be bringing people together from all walks of life to share an experience that none of them will forget.
