<div>Multiple Sclerosis is a chronic autoimmune disease that targets the central nervous system, destroying the protective myelin sheath around nerve cells. This biological damage could lead to unpredictable muscle spasms, severe fatigue, numbness and vision loss. 
</div>

<div>Because MS directly attacks physical mobility, many patients reach a point where they can no longer safely drive a car. This creates a devastating barrier: patients require frequent, specialized visits to neurologist and physical therapists, but have no safe way to get to the clinic.
</div>

<div>Simultaneously, the life-saving specialty medications required to slow down permanent nerve damage come with staggering out-of-pocket insurance co-pays. This forces many low-income patients to dangerously ration or skip their treatment.
