The Moneys could use a little $$$$

Heather and Brian Money could use a blessing.  On Wednesday, August 29th, Brian and Heather were on one of their typical trail expeditions in Washington with their best pal Butterbean.  As the excitement grew, an accident occurred that proved catastrophic.  Heather and Beans collided on a narrow path causing Heather to break her Tibial Plateau, basically the top of the knee that holds 20% of the body's weight.  Brian, being the trooper he is carried Heather over 1.3 miles on mountainous terrain until they reached cell service.  Heather was then carried by Search and Rescue to the hospital. 

Surgery happened this past Friday with a metal plate and several screws needed for the repair  The original prognosis was 6 weeks with no weight on the knee .  the current estimate is now 16 FULL WEEKS with NO weight, load, or WALKING.  That's right......4 months until she is allowed to walk again.

She will be out of work for at least 3 weeks and full time hours may not be available for light duty.  Brian has been blessed with a job starting at the end of this month and they will need someone to assist with Heather's daily basic needs.  These funds will bless them in so many ways, from food, bills, and to Heathers daily assistance in any medical/physical therapy requirements.
