​Our Story:

In August 2021 our daughter Megan was murdered. She was a beautiful person inside and out and was much loved by everyone who knew her. Megan was 23 when she was killed, just 4 days away from her 24th Birthday. She was about to get the keys to her first home and move in with her beloved pet dog Frank. She had a job she loved and family and friends that thought the world of her. Megan loved people. She had a big heart, a bright sunny personality, and the most amazing smile that brightened up your day.

The Megan Newborough Foundation has been set up to help and support organisations that are tackling violence against women. Two such organisations are White Ribbon UK and Killed Women . 

As Megan also loved animals, any funds raised will also be shared with the Dogs Trust UK to help them with all the work that they do. Her little dog Frank is bereft without her as are we.
