The Martin's House-Fire Fund

Dear friends,

I never thought I would really need to ask for help, but on Monday evening a tragedy struck my family. Our family home was victim to an electrical fire that destroyed the lower level and left the rest of the house extremely smoke damaged. We are fortunate to have such an amazing mother who heard the first explosion and got everyone out of the house safely, including our three pets. We are also very lucky to have a loving and understanding family who has opened their doors to those of us who are currently without a home and continue to help us through this process. My parents and four siblings, Tyler, Max, David, and Bonnie, are the most heavily affected by this unanticipated and uncontrollable loss, and so I am creating this GoFundMe in the hopes of making the transition a little bit softer for them. Any help is deeply appreciated, whether it is tangible or through your thoughts and/or prayers. My parents do want to stress that we have insurance coverage and will be okay, but I have made this page for unanticipated costs that might not be covered. Thank you all so much - I cannot explain how grateful I am for the people in our lives.
