Our group of three - Daniel, Aaryan and Nam-an - has been given £330 in funding so that we can complete our desired mountain climbing challenge. We hope to raise £330 to give back to the Mark Evison foundation, so that other students like us can have the ability to undertake challenges and raise money for charities. Similarly, any additional funds (We are hoping to reach £660) will be donated to cancer research UK which can be used to discover new treatments for the disease. The challenge is important for us as it allows us to explore our physical capability of climbing mountains whilst simultaneously raising money for two good causes - the Mark Evison foundation and cancer research UK.
