The Man, Mr. Tim Taylor

Donation protected
Tim Taylor is no-exaggeration one of the kindest,  smartest, wittiest, most ridiculous people I have had the pleasure of knowing. He is a true testament to the cliche about pain serving as a predecessor to strength and an exceptionally hilarious comic in the making.

When we were 12-years old, he lost his dad to an incredibly vicious form of cancer. I remember distinctly as I struggled and wrestled with my own mom's diagnosis, he served as an example to me of how to "continue on." He is currently dealing with yet another blow in his young life and showing unprecedented resilience. A recent FB status reads:

"It's with the heaviest of hearts I must write this to all of you this morning...

The cancer that has returned to my mother has returned with an extremely rapid vengeance, unlike anything I've witnessed before. It's spread to several essential parts of her body -- seemingly overnight.

I can tell you that she is comfortable, she is pain-free, she is surrounded by loved ones and that she still manages the occasional quippy one-liner, seemingly out of left field, that makes me cackle like an idiot.

I must ask for privacy at this time in regards to visitation and for any and all communication to be directed here or to my cell phone.

Thank you all for all of the love and support, I cannot put to words what it means to the both of us.

With Love,

The Taylors"

When I sit here and think about what it is that this man deserves from the community around him it's two-fold:
1. To have zero financial burden while working through his pain.
2. To acheive the big Los Angeles dreams he has set out to, not in spite of his suffering, but because of it.

Please consider donating to support Tim, his bills, his mission, and the life ahead of him. In addition, I know maybe 2% of the people Tim knows, so please share this link to anyone and everyone who may have at one time crossed paths with this wonderful man-- I know he's far too humble to share this himself.
