On December 15th 2018 my two brothers were out having a good night when it took a turn for the worst. My parents and little-sister received a phone call that they need to get to the hospital because there was a shooting. Both of Brothers were shot and one didnt make it. My little brother was shot in his leg it missed his groin and came out the back of his opposite leg. His best friend is still in the hospital and has no feeling in his hand. Were praying that when he gets the two surgeries that he needs he will regain his movement back or they will have amputate his hand. My older brothers friend was shot in the hip and has an infection and they cant remove the bullet. We need all the support and prayers and help we can get.Parents never plan to bury their own children .Brandon coffin was only 28 years old he had his whole life ahead of him. Just a few nights ago he told me he was the happiest he’s been in 28 years he was working as a mechanic at Walmart in falcon Colorado and was starting his own life. He touched so many people in the Colorado springs community! Brandon always said when he made a friend he made a friend for life and that they would be friends forever! He lived by those words because all his friends turned out to be more than friends they were family .He would give the shirt off his back to help family and friends. He was so caring and very loving. He loved working on cars with our father and little brother. He also enjoyed hiking , fishing and rock hunting in the summer .This is hardest thing anyone could go through, no parent should have to bury their child. I’M asking the community and friends for all the support we can get. I am asking for donations we need help with the funeral and burial .Please anything helps We would love to give him the proper burial he deserves. Never did we think we would be have to do this any time soon.
