Legacy foundation global is a Non-Profit community organisation that empowers BAME people through education, personal development, leadership, wellbeing and social development.
Legacy Foundation global recognises the diverse achievements within the BAME community, and through our “Legacy Gala community events” we have raised thousands of pounds for the development of many projects, including “ Joe's Community Gym”.
The Legacy foundation would again like to ask for the support of the community to raise £100,000 by February 2021 to reach our next milestone,
the completion of “The Legacy Foundation Centre” A purpose built Multifunctional center.
Our mission is to bring people together from BAME communities and help provide them with a better vision and understanding of achieving their success stories and meeting their needs, leading to the development of increased confidence within themselves and in each other.
The “legacy Foundation Global” will create a safe space where individuals within communities can discover and develop some of their gifts and talents by us engaging with them and empowering them to channel their energy in the most appropriate way. We will aim to Provide support through education, employment, empowerment and personal development. Understanding culture and Heritage within a friendly welcoming wellbeing center.
we recognise and reward raw talent and build platforms for them to be celebrated locally, nationally and internationally through our connections, publications and partnerships with professional organisations and individuals such as lawyers, judges, barristers, media, sports personalities and teachers building enterprises among these communities.
The proposed building will include a library, learning center, nursery space as well as room to provide services such as counselling.
In so doing, we encourage a general consistency amongst the wider community and create a collective understanding that through collaboration, we can achieve anything that we desire
Ultimately, this project will enable participants to increase their awareness about routes they can take to help them fulfil their potential and identify the most effective processes for advancement.
We have identified gaps in youth provisions in the London Borough of Enfield and more widely across London, through consultations with youth led organisations. We have forged relationships with statutory providers, e.g. Met police, fire brigade, youth services, youth offending team and CAMHS.
We urge the support of the community, to achieve our fundraising goal of reaching £100,000, as by providing these services within our proposed facility we will be investing in the future of Tomorrow.
